Description

Revo Zinc Galvanize Paint contains 94% zinc content in the dry film. It performs like
Hot-dip galvanizing provides tough anti-corrosive coating to protect metal or
object from rust, lime scale & extreme weather effect. It is in viscose liquid form
and can be thinned with special Revo Thinner or Aluminum Paint according to
requirement. It can be applied directly to steel and galvanized surfaces, and there is no

need for primer; it acts as a primer coating and a topcoat. But any Topcoat can be applied over the Revo Zinc Galvanized Coating. It can be
used with a brush, roller and airless spray.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The application depends on the surface. Good surface results in better performance of the coating.
Before application, clean with solvent to make the surface grease/oil-free, and for rusty
surfaces, use a power tool to remove the rust scale, then apply Revo Zinc Coating. Use sandblasting to clean water immersion.

 

APPLICATION
Stir thoroughly before use. Revo zinc coating is ready to use as received in the container, but it can be thinned with a special thinner according to the required film thickness. It can be
applied with a brush, roller and air spray. For air spray, it needs to be thinned
to prevent nozzle chocking and use a pressure compressor with atomized air pressure
50 lbs/in² = 3.5kg/cm². Wear appropriate respirator, eye protection, protective clothing
& safety gloves.
